BS Electrical Engineering, board exam passed, licensed. Years on the engineering floor reading schematics, tracing faults and signing off on work that had to be right the first time. That is where the habit of testing a system before trusting it started.

Three tech giants back to back. Samsung for devices and hardware at volume, Microsoft for Windows OS troubleshooting down to the registry and system layer, Sony for consumer escalations owned end to end until they closed. Thousands of cases taught me to find the real failure point fast — and to notice how much of the work was the same steps over and over.

The first work I made run without me. Apps Script and VBA turned manual trackers into tools that pulled their own data, formatted their own reports and emailed themselves on a schedule. Clients stopped asking for the report because it was already in their inbox.

All of it snowballed into full systems. GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make and n8n wired to CRMs, databases and AI models — lead pipelines that enrich and route themselves, reporting agents that reconcile the books, follow-up sequences that branch on what the customer actually replied. Same engineering instinct, applied to the invisible operations layer.
